Cancellation Policy

  1. CCSA requires a written notice sent to info@ccsa.art at least one month prior to the student’s first day in the program for any cancellations.

  2. CCSA does not provide refunds. Instead, credits may be applied to the student’s account.

  3. Credits can be used toward other CCSA programs, such as camps or future terms.

  4. Partial refunds for missed classes or early withdrawal are not available.

Copyright & Privacy

  1. CCSA reserves the right to use artwork created by students for internal exhibitions, events, promotional, and marketing purposes.

  2. Student artwork may also be shared on online platforms for artistic and educational purposes.

  3. CCSA may use students’ photos for digital marketing and online promotional activities.

  4. Online classes will not be recorded without students’ permission.

  5. CCSA is committed to protecting students and their families in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

Make-Up Class Policy

  1. Students are encouraged to attend their scheduled classes consistently on the same day and time each week.

  2. If a class will be missed, parents/guardians must notify CCSA by email (info@ccsa.art) at least 48 hours in advance.

  3. Parents/guardians are responsible for scheduling a make-up class within the same month as the missed class.

  4. Once a make-up class is confirmed, attendance is required. Cancelled or rescheduled make-up classes will not be rescheduled again.

  5. A maximum of one make-up class per month is permitted, depending on schedule and availability.

  6. Make-up classes cannot be scheduled after a student has withdrawn from the program.

  7. Credits or refunds are not provided for missed classes.

  8. If a class is cancelled by CCSA (e.g., due to instructor unavailability), a make-up class will be scheduled within one month.
