The CCSA’s Policies for March Break Camp

Payment

The CCSA accepts payment by cash, cheque, credit or electronic transaction.

Since our March Break camp regularly fills up we require a $150 deposit to be made within 48 hours of registration.

Failure to make the deposit will forfeit the spot until payment is made. We cannot guarantee a spot will be available after 48 hours of registration.

Fees for March Break camp must be paid in full by the first day of the camp session.

Failure to pay fees by the end of the first day will result in automatic cancellation of registration until payment is fulfilled.

Registrations cancelled 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp session will receive the full deposit back.

Registrations cancelled later than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the camp session will forfeit the $150 deposit.

No refunds will be provided for bookings cancelled once the camp session has commenced. No Exceptions!

missed days

Students who are unable to attend one or more days of March Break camp will be not be offered a make up class. 

We are not responsible for refunding fees for classes that were missed.
