CCSA Reopening Announcement and Safety Plan
With the announcement, advice and guidelines of Ontario Government and Toronto Public Health on Stage 3, Canadian Contemporary School of Art will be reopened from August 10. So, we are more than happy to see you all at CCSA again. The reunion with our wonderful students will be so exciting. We will follow all the safety measures recommended by Toronto Public Health to assure the safety of our students and staff. Some of the measures we are taking are as follows:
· Screening staff and students on arrival
· Posting clear signage with screening questions at the entrance
· Ensure students and staff maintain a physical distance of 2 meters or more
· Using face coverings, such as non-medical mask or cloth mask
· Training and retraining staff and students to follow safety measures
· Regular monitoring of the implementation of safety measures
· Regular surfaces and objects disinfecting
· Supporting hand hygiene, particularly hand washing
· Regular reminding of students and staff about good cough and sneeze etiquette and avoiding touching their face
· Keeping daily records of everyone entering the school to support contact tracing
· Working with the local public health unit if any workers have COVID-19 or are exposed to someone with COVID-19
We will stay in close communication with Toronto Public Health and other Ministries in the provincial and federal government for any new guidelines or future plans. We welcome your inquiries as we move to a safer environment. Please email your inquiries to info@ccsa.art or contact us at 416 740 0078.
We are all in this together! Please be safe.
